The hiring of a new employee may be the most expensive decision you ever make. We believe that you must hire for customer service. Many people would say that customer service is a part of their interview process but there is usually a disconnect between our words and our actions. Two of the best questions that we can ask when we interview people are:

1) What is the worst thing I’m going to hear about you?

2) Who am I going to hear it from?
